Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Senior Program Lead for the Last Mile DSP Payments team. You will own end-to-end payment process improvements across EU markets, build scalable Excel-based tools, and drive automation initiatives with Finance, Tax, Fleet, Pricing, and Tech.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing program requirements

Responsibilities

• Own and drive payment process improvement initiatives across EU manual and semi-automated workstreams
• Strengthen and build new financial controls and audit trails
• Build Excel-based tools, models, and dashboards that replace manual grind with scalable systems
• Chase down payment discrepancies across EU countries and fix root causes
• Turn messy operational reality into clean, structured requirements for automation
• Help shape and execute the DSP payment automation roadmap with Finance, Tax, Fleet, Pricing, and Tech
