Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Last Mile Expansion in the EU. The role requires French and English fluency, data-driven optimization, and the ability to design automated tooling with AI/LLM capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with logistics operations and central strategy teams to accelerate speed initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced environment, influence senior leadership, and drive high-impact projects across multiple EU markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Fluent in French.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities to automate and optimize Last Mile processes.
• Partner with Amazon Logistics operations and central strategy teams to deploy improvements.
• Collaborate with WW Flex / Last Mile teams to standardize practices and build automated tooling.
• Support the expansion of the Last Mile Speed program across EU with new processes.
