Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager fluent in French and English to lead optimization of Last Mile Expansion in EU.

You will leverage data analytics to automate processes, improve efficiency, and guide high-impact changes across logistics operations. The role requires strategic thinking, a bias for action, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Central Strategy, and Tech to deploy automated tooling and scalable solutions across EU.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in French.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities to automate and optimize existing Last Mile processes.
• Partner with the Amazon Logistics operations and central strategy teams to deploy program, process and station improvements.
• Collaborate with WW Flex / Last Mile teams to standardize practices and build automated tooling.
• Support the expansion of the Last Mile Speed program across EU with new processes.
