Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in pricing, financial modelling, and logistics cost drivers, with strong stakeholder engagement across operations and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning program strategy end-to-end and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, vlookups, formulas).
• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation: building cost models.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP payments programs across Europe, directly shaping compensation for delivery partners.
• Develop scalable processes to address shortcomings and enable growth.
• Conduct root cause analyses of financial health and determine actions at scale.
