Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a 3PL Control Tower Specialist for EU EF Control Tower to provide end-to-end operational support across 40+ European External Fulfilment buildings. The role involves rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with an office-based setting in the UK.

You will monitor KPIs, guide 3PL partners, and help standardize processes to ensure continuity across the 41+ sites while coordinating with node managers and problem-solving teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 CEFR).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and logistics terminology.

Responsibilities

• Managing onboarding and permissions to support seamless 3PL operations.
• Providing operational guidance and support to 3PL partners across multiple European sites.
• Resolving capacity discrepancies and warehouse management system configurations.
• Acting as a communication bridge between 3PL partners and internal Amazon stakeholders.
• Uploading and maintaining critical data to support supply chain visibility.
• Monitoring adherence to processes and Amazon standards, escalating deviations.
• Supporting system launches and migrations for ongoing continuity.
