Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a Control Tower Logistics Supervisor in Ashby-de-la-Zouch to lead our Operations Coordinators and ensure on-time shipments and proactive follow-ups with suppliers.

Reporting to the Lead Logistics Operations Manager, you will manage daily control tower activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. A freight forwarding or global transport background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and 4PL/control tower concepts.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the control tower team to ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics; report to Operations Manager.
• Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date work instructions.
• Support customer meetings and internal reviews with actionable insights.
