Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc seeks an operations manager to own the end-to-end order-to-fulfilment for the Amazon UK and EU marketplaces. You will lead a small team, coordinating with 3PLs, warehouses and Amazon fulfilment centres to resolve bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement, report KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate and order accuracy, develop dashboards and collaborate with supply chain, commercial and sales to optimise costs while maintaining high

• Three years’ experience in Amazon operations management, e-commerce or fulfilment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order-to-fulfilment process for EU Amazon marketplaces.
