Job summary

The position drives operational performance, visibility, governance, and continuous improvement for Air, Ocean, Ground, Parcel, and Customs Brokerage operations across 4PL/3PL partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in transportation, logistics, or trade operations.
• Experience with 4PL Control Tower operations and 3PL management.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of 4PL Control Tower across regions and business units.
• Oversee shipment visibility, exception management, and performance reporting.
• Manage governance with 4PL/3PL, brokers, and service providers.
• Collaborate across functions to standardize processes and drive adoption.
