Job summary

BTHFT are looking to recruit an Estates Officer (mechanical bias) to be responsible for the effective site operation, maintenance and management of all buildings, engineering plant and associated services in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines.

The post holder will manage the planning of work and the co-ordination of both directly employed and contract engineering and building staff in the maintenance of the Trust's premises.

They will participate in the monitoring, management and reviewing of the Trust's compliance to Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines.
