Stonewater in Leeds is recruiting two Estate Services Officers to maintain safe, clean, and well‑kept estates across our communities. You will carry out regular inspections, oversee grounds maintenance, cleaning, and pest management, and manage external contractors to meet contracts and KPIs.

You will build strong relationships with residents, respond to enquiries with empathy, and use data to identify service improvements, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and internal

Qualificações

• Experience in estate services, housing or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to manage external contractors and contracts to KPI standards.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular estate and site inspections, identify issues and take action.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, cleaning and pest management across estates.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external contractors and monitor KPIs.
• Build relationships with residents, customers and contractors to resolve issues.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally with empathy.
• Maintain estate management records and use data to drive improvements.
• Support procurement activity and service improvement projects.
• Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with Health & Safety rules.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Homes Directorate and participate in external forums.
