Stonewater in Birmingham is seeking two Estate Services Officers to maintain and improve our estates. You’ll inspect sites, manage contractors and respond to residents with empathy to enhance living environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in estate services, housing or similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience in social housing is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular estate and site inspections across your portfolio, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate action.
• Oversee delivery of estate services including grounds maintenance, communal and estate cleaning, and pest management.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external contractors, monitor delivery against contracts and KPIs, drive improvements where standards aren’t met.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, customers, residents and colleagues to resolve issues and improve estates.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and with empathy, finding practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate estate management information and use data to identify opportunities to improve services.
• Support procurement activity and service improvement projects that enhance customer experience.
• Ensure estate services are delivered safely and in line with Health and Safety legislation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Homes Directorate and represent Stonewater at forums.
