Job summary

Stonewater in Leeds invites an experienced Estate Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services across our homes and communities. You will supervise a team of Estate Officers and Coordinators to ensure neighbourhoods are well maintained and contracts deliver on commitments.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to customer service, with a focus on value for money and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading estate services, preferably in social housing.
• Contract and supplier management with KPI-driven performance.
• Procurement and service management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements relating to estate services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Estate Officers and Estate Coordinators to deliver high-quality estate services.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, cleaning and pest management.
• Manage estate service contracts and ensure KPIs are met.
• Monitor budgets and drive value for money.
• Use data and GIS to support informed decision-making.
• Engage with customers, residents and partners to resolve issues and continually improve services.
• Lead service improvement projects.
