Job summary

Stonewater is seeking two Estate Services Officers to maintain safe, clean and well-maintained estates across our communities. You will inspect sites, manage external contractors, and drive improvements to service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have experience in estate services or housing, strong customer service, and the ability to work with data and stakeholders to enhance resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate services or housing would be beneficial.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues empathetically.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable improvements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular estate and site inspections, identifying issues and actions.
• Oversee delivery of estate services including grounds maintenance and cleaning.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external contractors and monitor KPIs.
• Build relationships with contractors, residents and colleagues to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain estate management information and use data for service improvements.
