Job summary

Stonewater is recruiting an Estate Services Manager to oversee delivery of estate services across our South region. You will lead Estate Officers and Coordinators, ensuring high-quality services, strong supplier performance, and value for money.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-focused team.
• Strong contract management with clear KPIs.
• Experience procuring and managing services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements relating to estate services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Estate Officers and Estate Coordinators to deliver high-quality estate services.
• Oversee estate contracts, ensuring suppliers meet KPIs and standards.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and partners to drive improvements.
• Manage estate inspections and surveys, follow up on issues.
• Use GIS and digital systems for informed decision-making.
• Oversee budgets and ensure value for money in service delivery.
• Lead procurement requirements and reconcile service charges.
