Job summary

Stonewater is seeking two Estate Services Officers for the South West to maintain and improve our estates. You will inspect sites, manage grounds, cleaning and pest services, and oversee external contractors to meet standards while keeping residents informed and safe.

You will build relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues, resolve issues promptly, and use data to drive service improvements across our communities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and empathy in dealing with residents.
• Experience in working with contractors and managing services to standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and professionalism.
• Ability to use data/MIS to identify service improvements.
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements in estate-based services.
• IT and budget management skills.
• Experience engaging with customers and resident groups.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular estate and site inspections across your portfolio, identifying issues and taking appropriate action.
• Oversee delivery of estate services including grounds maintenance, cleaning and pest management.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external contractors, monitor contracts and KPIs, drive improvements.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, customers, residents and colleagues.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate estate management information and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement activity and service improvement projects.
• Ensure estate services are delivered safely and in line with Health and Safety legislation.
• Represent Stonewater in forums and collaborate with Homes Directorate.
