Job summary

Stonewater seeks two Estate Services Officers to maintain and improve our estates across communities. You’ll inspect sites, manage contractors, and ensure clean, safe environments while delivering strong customer service.

This role involves data use for service improvements and collaboration across teams to enhance resident experience. Ideal candidates will have estate services or housing experience, comfort with contract management, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate services or housing/environmental services is preferred.
• Experience with contractors and managing services against agreed standards is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use data/management information to identify improvements and support service changes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular estate and site inspections across your portfolio and take appropriate action.
• Oversee delivery of estate services including grounds maintenance, cleaning and pest management.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external contractors and drive improvements where standards aren’t met.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, residents and colleagues to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain estate management information and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement and service improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure estate services are delivered safely and in line with Health & Safety legislation.
• Collaborate with Homes Directorate and represent Stonewater at internal/external forums.
