Job summary

Stonewater is seeking an Estate Services Manager to lead a regional estate services function. The role covers North/Hybrid locations, overseeing contracts, suppliers, budgets and a team of Estate Officers and Coordinators to deliver high-quality services to communities.

You will drive improvements via data, GIS, and management information, maintain compliance with safety standards, and build strong relationships with customers, residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an estate services function, preferably in social housing.
• Strong contract management skills with KPI oversight.
• Experience procuring and managing services.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
