Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a dedicated Business Support Executive to bolster our estate management and delivery functions across multiple sites in the UK. You will work with Estate Managers and Portfolio Managers to ensure contract fulfilment and timely delivery, while coordinating with Operations, Marketing and H&S teams.

The role emphasises building strong internal relationships, handling quotes, invoices, and site administration, and ensuring accurate CRM records and timely customer

Qualifications

• Background in business support of administration.
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills and attention to detail are important.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance.
• Raise quotes, orders and invoices and liaise with the Construction team on delivery.
• Coordinate delivery timetables with the construction team and resolve issues.
• Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administration teams.
• Handle internal and external correspondence for efficient administration.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update the Acorn Salesforce CRM system accurately.
