Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking a Business Support Executive to assist the Estate Manager and Portfolio Managers. You will help manage contracts, support delivery timelines, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth administration and reporting.

The role involves understanding our products and environments, navigating planning constraints, and maintaining strong relationships across Marketing and H&S. Regular travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Background in business support/administration
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Numerical skills
• Customer-facing experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance
• Raise quotes, orders and invoices and liaise with Construction on delivery
• Coordinate delivery timetables with the construction team and resolve issues
• Support Delivery and Operations Administrations teams
• Handle internal and external correspondence for efficient administration
• Deal with complaints professionally and escalate as needed
• Respond to customer requests promptly
• Maintain and update Acorn Salesforce CRM system accurately
