Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Business Support Executive to join our Portfolio Team, supporting Estate Managers and Partnership Managers across our outdoor estate. You will handle reporting, quotes, orders and invoicing, and coordinate with the Construction team on delivery timelines.

You will collaborate with Marketing and H&S, maintain Salesforce CRM, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external landlords.

Qualifications

• Background in business support or administration.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills are essential.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Clean driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance.
• Raise quotes, orders & invoices and liaison with the Construction team on delivery.
• Liaise with the construction team on delivery timetables and address related issues.
• Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administrations teams.
• Deal with internal and external correspondence for efficient administration delivery; escalate complaints when needed.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure Acorn Salesforce CRM system is maintained, updated and accurate.
