Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Estate Executive for a 6-month FTC, covering the North and Central Regions. The role involves supporting Estate Managers and Portfolio Partnership Managers, managing advertising estate, coordinating with landlords and authorities, and ensuring contract fulfilment.

Based at St Helens, Birmingham, or Gateshead with regular travel between sites across the North East and Central regions to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and accurate administrator.
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills.
• Customer facing skills & experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance
• Raise quotes, orders & invoices and liaison with the Construction team on delivery
• Liaise with the construction team on delivery timetables and address related issues
• Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administrations teams as required
• Deal with internal and external correspondence for efficient administration delivery
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
• Maintain Acorn Salesforce CRM system, updated and accurate
