Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Estate Executive on a 6 months FTC to cover the North and Central Regions. The role involves supporting the Estate Manager, coordinating contracts, and liaising with multiple teams for on-time delivery.

You will be based at one of the depots in St Helens, Birmingham, or Gateshead, with regular travel to other sites to meet contract requirements. Experience in administration and customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and accurate administrator.
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills.
• Customer facing skills & experiences desirable.
• Clean driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance.
• Raise quotes, orders & invoices and liaison with the Construction team on delivery.
• Liaise with the construction team on delivery timetables and address related issues.
• Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administrations teams as required.
