Job summary

Estelle Manor, a rural retreat on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire, seeks an Onsite Guest Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for guests around the property using guest buggies. The role focuses on timely pickups and drop-offs with a welcoming, high-standard service.

This fixed-term position runs for three weeks from 14 December to 3 January, full-time 40 hours per week, and requires a flexible schedule across five days in seven.

Qualifications

• A full clean UK driving license is required.
• Fluent spoken English is essential for guest interaction.
• Experience in a luxury customer/guest-facing environment is advantageous.
• Flexible approach to work, including weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest buggies to transport guests between key areas of the manor.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off with high safety standards.
• Provide welcoming, friendly assistance to guests to enhance their experience.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

The Onsite Guest Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation for guests within the property. This role primarily involves operating guest buggies to transport guests and members between key areas of the manor. The driver ensures timely pick ups and drop offs, offers friendly assistance, and helps create a smooth, relaxing guest experience while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

£14.81 per hour, 40 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FIXED TERM ROLE BETWEEN THE DATES OF 14TH DECEMBER - 3RD JANUARY - 3 WEEKS OF 40HRS. Successful candidates will need to be fully flexible 5 days over 7 for this period.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in a luxury customer/guest facing environment would be advantageous.
• Flexible approach to work. Weekend and bank holiday working will be included as part of this role.
