Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking a professional Chauffeur to deliver an exceptional welcome and farewell experience for our members and guests, collecting them from the Manor and driving to their onward destinations. You will be the first and last point of contact, acting as the ambassador of Estelle Manor and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

A UK PHV licence is required, with knowledge of the local area, strong networking, initiative, and outstanding communication.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Chauffeur you will be responsible for providing an exceptional welcome and farewell driving experience to our members and guests whilst picking them up and dropping them off from the Manor for their onwards destination. You will be the first and final experience many of our members will have, therefore you will act as the greatest ambassador to Estelle Manor and as such you should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction whilst delivering an outstanding chauffeur service.

Who we are looking for:

• UK private hire vehicle (PHV) driver licence is required for this role.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
