Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking a Door Person to greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage the forecourt with warmth and polish. This on-site role is pivotal to a seamless guest arrival and departure experience, supporting the wider front of house team.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to anticipate guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, private members club or high end hospitality venue is essential.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional, personalised experience for every guest.
• Impeccable personal presentation and an understanding of the standards expected within a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with guests, members and colleagues at all levels.
• Highly organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to take ownership of the forecourt and guest arrival experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the hotel forecourt to be organised, welcoming and smooth for arrivals and departures.

• Ensure the forecourt operations run efficiently and on brand standards at all times.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Door Person, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and play an important role in creating a warm, seamless and memorable arrival experience.

With a natural flair for hospitality, you will offer a genuine welcome to every guest, assist with luggage and transportation, and ensure arrivals and departures are handled with the highest levels of care and attention. You will oversee the day to day management of the hotel forecourt, ensuring it remains organised, welcoming and running smoothly at all times, supporting the wider front of house team.

This is a highly visible role, perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, enjoys engaging with people and understands that the smallest details can make the biggest difference.

Who we are looking for?

• A proactive, hands on approach, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and act without always being asked.

The on target earning potential for this role is £16,902.40 per annum per annum based on a 20 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £15,402.40 plus a qualified estimate of £1,500 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
