Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Sales Consultant for a Hoddesdon-based Estate Agency client. The role requires prior estate agency experience, a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Basic salary £22,000–£25,000 with commission, 5-day week, and flexible Saturday shifts.

You'll generate new business, qualify applicants, arrange viewings and progress sales to completion, while maintaining CRM records and keeping clients updated. Training and progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Estate Agency experience required.
• UK resident with full driving licence and own car.
• 5-day week; hours include Saturdays on rotation.
• Based in Hoddesdon with 30-minute commute preferred.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for our Estate Agency client based in Hoddesdon.

The successful candidate must have previousEstate Agency experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Consultant:

• Basic £22,000 - £25,000
• Plus commission
• Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, 3 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am - 4pm
• 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Consultant:

• Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers
• Register, qualify and match applicants to properties
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders
• Keep clients updated and maintain excellent communication
• Ensure offers are financially qualified and confirmed in writing
• Achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
