Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator in Tring. The ideal candidate will have local knowledge of the Tring market and proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Excellent customer service and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential. In this role you will register buyers, conduct viewings, canvass for new properties, negotiate sales between vendors and buyers, and prepare sales brochures.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Tring.

The successful candidate must have local knowledge with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £27,000
• OTE £35,000+
• Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, 1 in 3Saturdays 9am - 4pm
• Training and development within an excellent company
