GCB Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in the Basingstoke area to join a fast-paced estate agency. The role focuses on arranging viewings, matching tenants to properties, and supporting landlords throughout the lettings process.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in lettings, strong sales ability, and excellent communication skills. You'll work in a supportive independent agency with clear progression and an uncapped commission structure.

Lettings Negotiator £40,000 OTE Parking + Monthly Bonus + Petrol Support Basingstoke

Do you have a minimum of 12 months' experience in lettings and looking for a new opportunity within a fast-paced and supportive estate agency?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and established team with strong earning potential and genuine progression opportunities.

This role would suit a motivated and sales-driven lettings professional who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service, and thriving in a target-driven environment.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties
• Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
• Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets
• Contribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care

Lettings Negotiator Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
• Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the property industry
• Full UK driving licence
• Desire to exceed targets and progress within the industry

• £23,000 basic salary
