The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 2+ years in battery pack assembly, plus experience in robotics programming and 3D CAD tools. Collaborative, hands-on, and capable of leading projects within a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in battery pack assembly engineering.
• Experience with robotics programming is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of manufacturing processes for Energy Store (ES) and Energy Store Main Enclosure (ESME).
• Ensure personnel safety through process design and analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality to develop in-process and end-of-line quality procedures.
• Contribute to design processes to achieve Built-In Quality for ES/ESME.
• Perform root cause analysis and document learnings across build processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing operation work instructions.
• Document and communicate assembly developments clearly.
• Coordinate with ERS Assembly Manager and HV Safety Supervisor to maintain standards.
