Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional implementation projects.
• Understanding of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820, and e-signatures compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and EU tax/legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions for Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT teams.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Support validation, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions.
• Act as the voice of the business in user stories and functional designs.
