Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will work across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and ensure system configurations meet business needs.

You will lead requirement workshops, translate them into functional designs, and contribute to testing and data conversion validation. Applicants should have 7+ years in business analysis and familiarity with EU markets and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project delivery for ERP implementations.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of FDA validation requirements (GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11/820).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and EU tax/legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate requirements sessions between business and IT, mapping cross-functional processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with IT on translating requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and user acceptance test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Support testing, data validation, and deployment activities in validation environments.
• Collaborate with IT to design, develop, test, and implement technology-enabled solutions.
• Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with AI-enabled solutions.
