Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking a senior ERP business analyst for an Oracle Fusion/Salesforce implementation across Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution. You will translate business needs into URS/FRS, support testing, and drive data conversion validation.

You will work with global teams to deliver complex system migration projects, with emphasis on EU markets, regulatory compliance, and process automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Understanding of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and e-signatures compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with EU markets and EU tax/legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into URS/FRS and cross-functional process maps.
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure compliant system solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on enterprise transformation.
• Support testing, validation and deployment ensuring quality and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally to align finance, supply chain, IT and other teams.
