Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and analysis for a major ERP implementation, spanning Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will work with global teams to map processes, define URS/FRS, and translate needs into system designs, test plans, and data validation activities.

The role emphasizes FDA/GxP regulatory awareness, and collaboration with IT to deliver compliant, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project execution.
• Knowledge of FDA validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in EU markets with focus on tax and legal reporting.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions for Finance, HR, Procurement and Distribution.
• Facilitate requirements and analysis sessions with cross-functional teams and map processes, data and URS/FRS.
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specs.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support testing, validation and data conversion activities throughout the project.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enable scalable, automated solutions.
• Act as the voice of the business translating requirements into user stories and test scenarios.
