Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. The role covers Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution, with responsibilities to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into system designs.

You will support testing, data validation, and deployment, while ensuring compliance with FDA/GxP standards and EU regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems (GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and awareness of EU tax and legal space.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand business processes and system functionality (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Distribution).
• Facilitate deep-dive requirements and analysis sessions; map cross-functional processes, data, and requirements (URS/FRS).
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure solution quality and fit.
• Analyze business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive value.
• Identify automation opportunities with standalone or embedded AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT to design, develop, test, and implement aligned solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities ensuring compliance and quality.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other teams to align and execute.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and digital enablement for enterprise transformation.
• Support business case development, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication across teams.
