Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead ERP implementation projects (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce) across Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution. You will develop detailed business requirements, support testing and data conversion validation, and work with global teams to deliver system migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional implementation projects.
• Understanding of FDA validated systems: GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820.
• EU markets experience with focus on tax and legal reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to map Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain processes.
• Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to validate solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI agent usage within projects.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Support testing, validation and deployment while ensuring compliance.
