Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support an ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce) across Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution.

You will elicit detailed requirements, map cross-functional processes, assist testing and data validation, and help ensure regulatory compliance for EU markets. This role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with global teams on complex system migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional implementation projects.
• Knowledge of FDA validated systems incl. GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 11/820.
• Experience with EU markets and tax/legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data sessions for Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT teams.
• Develop test cases and user-acceptance test plans.
• Support testing, validation and deployment activities.
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment across functions.
