Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead an ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will define detailed business requirements for Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing and Distribution, and support testing and data conversion validation throughout the project.

Experience with EU markets and awareness of EU commercial and legal space is essential. The role collaborates with global teams to deliver complex system migrations and enterprise

Qualifications

• The role requires 7+ years of business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation docs.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Parts 11/820 is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and EU tax/legal reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand processes and system functionality.
• Facilitate deep dive sessions between business functions, finance and IT, mapping processes and requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams to translate requirements into design specs.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify tech-enabled solutions for efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities with standalone or embedded AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional designs and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation and deployment, ensuring compliance.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution.
• Identify process improvements and digital enablement opportunities.
• Support business cases and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.
