Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks an experienced Business Analysis specialist for an ERP implementation project, covering Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will shape detailed business requirements across Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain, support testing, and validate data conversions.

Qualifications

7+ years of business analysis and ERP implementation experience.
Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of FDA validated systems, GMP/GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11/820 compliance.
EU markets experience with tax and legal reporting.

Responsibilities

Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to map Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain and Distribution processes.
Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
Develop test cases and user-acceptance test plans to ensure quality solutions.
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities while ensuring regulatory and business compliance.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with AI-enabled solutions.
