Qualifications

• Experience in a busy sales office or similar administrative role.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all sales orders on Sage.
• Liaise directly with customers and suppliers, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
• Check stock levels and support the smooth processing and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Develop and apply an understanding of export procedures.
• Identify and anticipate potential issues, taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
