Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an ERP Change, Communications & Training Lead to drive the people side of a major transformation, delivering change strategy for a new order-to-dispatch system. You will influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure adoption across sites.

The role is hybrid in Leicestershire, offering £70,000-£85,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. 1–2 days in the office weekly. Full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP change for large-scale transformations.
• Leadership across change, communications and training.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and sponsorship.
• Experience managing programme risks, budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• ERP transformation with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the overall change strategy, roadmap and success measures.
• Leading a multidisciplinary Change Management team.
• Driving stakeholder engagement and sponsorship strategies.
• Overseeing programme communications through dedicated communications specialists.
• Ensuring training design, delivery and adoption.
• Establishing business readiness frameworks and go/no-go recommendations.
• Monitoring adoption metrics and targeted interventions.
• Managing change risks, budgets and resources.
• Building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting go-live, hyper care and transition to BAU.
