Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced ERP Training Lead to own end-to-end training design and delivery for a large ERP implementation in a hybrid London/Lincoln setting with travel as required.

You will develop training strategy, learning journeys and materials, deliver in-person and virtual sessions, and collaborate with ERP consultants and change teams to ensure business readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training within an ERP implementation or business transformation.
• Strong capability to design, develop and deliver end-user training.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms and related processes across multiple domains.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the ERP training strategy and implementation plan.
• Design role-based training programmes and learning journeys.
• Create user guides, QRGs, e-learning modules and videos.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training, workshops and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with ERP consultants, business analysts and change teams.
• Support UAT, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through training.
