Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Change Manager to lead the business change workstream on a major ERP transformation programme (Oracle Fusion). The role will own the change strategy and delivery plan to ensure teams are ready for implementation and go-live.

You will drive change communications, training, adoption and business readiness with strong stakeholder engagement, governance oversight and RAID management across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change on large-scale transformation programmes.
• End-to-end change workstreams including communications, training, adoption and business readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy and delivery plan for the ERP transformation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and communications.
• Drive training, adoption and business readiness activities.
• Support transition into BAU and go-live readiness.
