Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change on large-scale ERP programmes (SAP, D365 or similar).
• Strong grounding in change methodologies, with the judgement to apply them pragmatically.
• Excellent change communications skills across operational, technical, and non-digital audiences.
• Ability to design practical, workable change approaches in high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
