Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking an ERP Change Manager to lead the change and adoption workstream within a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programme.

Reporting to the Head of ERP Delivery, you will translate programme delivery into practical, people-focused change, embedding new behaviours and processes to ensure the ERP programme delivers sustained business impact and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale business change, ideally with ERP implementations.
• Ability to translate complex system changes into practical, business-ready actions.
• Strong credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the ERP change framework for enterprise transformation.
• Partner with business leaders to land change across functions with clear ownership.
• Define and embed readiness criteria for gates like UAT and Go Live.
• Drive adoption, identify risks, and address challenges proactively.
• Develop a clear communications approach to articulate benefits across the business.
• Support future ways of working, including SOPs, RACI, and process design.
• Enable capability building and training strategies for the new environment.
