Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Training and Change Manager to support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working as ERP upgrades are rolled out. You will help teams navigate change through targeted training, clear documentation and effective communication, enabling smooth transitions and sustained behavioural change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change management within a business or ERP context.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear materials and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills and structured planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
• Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and areas requiring further support.
• Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
• Ensure training remains aligned with governance, controls and process standards.
