Job summary

Modis are seeking an ERP Change, Communications & Training Lead to drive the people side of a major transformation, delivering the change strategy for a new order-to-dispatch system. You will lead a multidisciplinary Change Management team, engage senior leaders, coordinate sponsorship and stakeholder communications, and ensure training and adoption across multiple sites.

This is a hybrid role with 1–2 days in the Leicestershire office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP change for large-scale transformations.
• Strong leadership across change, communications and training.
• Experience in manufacturing or operational industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change strategy, roadmap and metrics.
• Lead multidisciplinary Change Management team.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and sponsorship strategies.
• Oversee programme communications via communications specialists.
• Ensure training design and adoption through the training function.
• Establish business readiness frameworks and go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and intervene where needed.
• Support go-live, hyper care and transition to BAU.
