Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced ERP Training Lead to own end-to-end training design, development and delivery for a large-scale ERP implementation. Hybrid London/Lincoln with travel as required.

You will design role-based training programs, create user guides, e-learning modules and deliver both classroom and virtual training, collaborating with ERP consultants and change management teams. The role focuses on adoption and digital transformation across finance, procurement and

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering training within ERP implementations or business transformation programmes.
Strong experience in instructional design and developing end-user training materials.
Ability to translate complex technical processes into practical training for non-technical users.
Experience creating end-user documentation, e-learning content and training guides.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the ERP training strategy and implementation training plan.
Design role-based training programmes, learning journeys and end-user materials.
Create user guides, QRGs, e-learning modules and training presentations.
Deliver classroom and virtual training, workshops and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Collaborate with ERP consultants, business analysts and change teams.
Support UAT, business readiness, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through training.
