BT Group is seeking a Change & Adoption Manager to lead the Change, Adoption and Communications team within Technology & Portfolio Delivery. You will align strategy, delivery and engagement to ensure adoption and measurable value from FT&PD transformation programmes.

You will lead a 4–6 person team, partner with Tribe Leads and senior stakeholders to build readiness, track adoption outcomes, and drive a high-performing digital culture across Bristol, Birmingham and London.

Formación

• Strong practical experience delivering change management, adoption planning and internal communications for technology or business transformation projects.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating a small team, setting priorities and building capability.
• Confident partnering with senior leaders, Tribe Leads, project teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the change, adoption and communications team, setting priorities and measures for successful delivery.
• Design and deliver practical change approaches across transformation initiatives to enable adoption.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption through clear communications and engagement.
• Define adoption metrics, track outcomes and provide reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Develop a high-performing team and reusable tools to improve delivery consistency.
