Job summary

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking an experienced HR Change Manager to lead people-focused change activities for organisational transformation. You will plan and deliver change programmes, ensuring colleagues are informed, supported and prepared for new processes and ways of working.

You will work with HR, business and project stakeholders to develop change strategies, assess impacts, and coordinate communications, training and adoption efforts across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in change management, transformation or HR projects.
• Experience leading people change within HR or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
• Experience developing change impact assessments and communication plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead people change and adoption activities for HR transformation programmes.
• Develop change management strategies, plans and communications.
• Assess impact of changes on employees, processes and structures.
• Define objectives, milestones and measures of success with stakeholders.
• Coordinate training and learning to enable adoption of new systems.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans, and manage resistance.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across the organisation.
• Ensure change activity aligns with programme delivery and governance.
