Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking an Administrator for a well-established manufacturing business in the Bristol area. You will join a supportive team, handling quotes, sales orders and spares administration within the aftermarket function.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours), based in Keynsham with on-site parking, pension and generous holiday entitlement. A strong customer-focused admin background and ERP experience are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in engineering-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, service and spares.
• Sales order entry.
• Progress spares orders through to dispatch.
• Process timesheets for Field Service Engineers and submit for management authorisation.
• Process expenses for Field Service Engineers and submit for management authorisation.
• Collate Service reports and issue relevant actions.
• Provide travel arrangement support (flights, hotels, visas, hire cars).
• Manage vehicle/pool car administration, mileage logs, servicing, MOT, maintenance, cleaning.
• General administration including despatch advice, visit confirmation, risk assessments and method statements.
• Support production administration requirements.
